If there is a printing error or a visible quality issue, we will replace or refund it. For any quality issues, please provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include them in your email to contact@imnot.store. This simple and quick step will help us resolve your issue promptly.

As the products are made to order, we do not accept general or size-related returns.

CANCELLATIONS

Product Order Cancellation Policy

All our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can modify your order at any time before it goes into production.

Once your order is in production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips cannot be canceled or refunded. Once your payment is made for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your profile settings page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after the end of your current subscription period. There are no refunds or cancellations for the current subscription period.

QUALITY ISSUES / DAMAGES

For a quick resolution, please include photos demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal photos are taken on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed.

REFUND POLICIES

Product Order Cancellation Policy

As the products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.

PayPal: Processed refunds will appear on your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Refunds processed via your credit/debit card will appear on your bank account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once your payment is made, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tip.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can always cancel your subscription at any time, and this cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. There are no refunds for the current subscription period.

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once your payment is made, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you encounter issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@imnot.store. We will be happy to resolve your issue.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL TAXES ON MY ORDER IF I AM LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other customs fees. Fees vary by country, and as of now, we cannot calculate these in advance. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such fees are imposed on your package, you are responsible for them.
